Booking & Policies
Walks are scheduled within 2-hour time blocks (e.g., 10–12 or 1–3).
À la Carte walks require 24–48h notice and are subject to availability. Paid for on next invoice.
Cancellation: No charge with 24h notice, otherwise 50% fee applies (this goes for both À la Carte and Package Plan walks)
Monthly packages are non-refundable but transferable within the same month.
Accessible parking must be available for your scheduled walk time. Any required street parking fees or visitor passes are the client’s responsibility.
To ensure fairness and predictability for all pack members, walk packages must be confirmed and paid for by the 1st of each month. After that, spots are opened to others and à la carte rates apply, based on availability.
